All right so, I just got a new 46 inch Samsung TV (Samsung LN46A550 46-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, to be exact). I just tried hooking up my Xbox 360 to it, with the HD cords. I can get picture, and I can play and everything, but there’s no volume, at all. I checked the settings and everything and it all seems to be fine. When I hooked up the standard TV cables, my 360 works perfectly on the TV, but when I flip the switch to HDTV and plug the cords into HD slots, I lose sound. I’m fairly sure it’s the wires, but I’m not sure. I doubt it’s the 360 but there’s a possibility it’s the TV. Has anyone else had this problem when hooking their 360 up to an HDTV?
