No, the tv is worthless. To replace the screen you’d pay more than to buy a new tv.
WHY ?
NEW LCD DISPLAY PANEL.alone cost about 70 % of same screen size NEW TV.
to replace it with services / shipping / handling charge. it cost more than a total NEW 46 inc LCD TV.
it need TOOL / Technical SKILLS to change the new display panel. even you are very SMART. order the display panel by you self.change it by you skill , is cost 70 % of new TV. what for ?.
I would say NO, to fix lcd screen will cost you same as buying new one.
