picture and we want to get the most from our t.v. Currently we have a Panasonic DVD/VCR player. What do we need to buy to be able to watch movies in High Definition. Is that what Blue Ray is? I have seen those blue ray dvd’s but I didn’t know what they were. Anyway, as you can see I am clueless about this so any info you could provide is appreciated.
do you think a 46″ LCD HDTV is too big for a bedroom (20×20)

Looking to learn about your experiences, good and bad, with mounting flat panel HDTVs. We’re getting a 46″ TV in Blu-Ray player combo package from Best Buy, and we’re wondering about what others have learned about the best ways to mount their flat panel TVs. Any experience/advice, where-to-buy knowledge, best prices, worst experiences ….all would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Once again, Sharp, a leader in LCD technology, establishes a new design standard for LCD tvs. With a screen size class of 52", the AQUOS® LC-52D64U raises the bar by fitting large screen sizes into incredibly small footprints. By changing the layout of circuits inside the LCD panel and by reducing the number of parts, Sharp engineers developed the Slim-line design which reduces depth by 25%, allowing placement of the LC-52D64U in virtually any setting.
