The bar at the bottom, objectdock, is available as a free download from the creator’s website, Stardock.com. It is not the dock that comes pre-loaded on Dell computers, but one commenter noted that Stardock makes the Dell Dock as well. Some people were asking about it and I just think it’s a really neat application, so here’s a little vid to show some of its potential. I don’t work for them, but I have paid for their software before. Even the free versions of objectdock & Fences are incredibly useful, so yea just go check ‘em out if you are interested. I may post another video of the customization menus and such later on, but the best way to see what all it can do is to check it out for yourself! This is on my main desktop computer, displayed on a 46″ LCD, so it just goes to show the versatility of the software’s functionality. On my laptop, I can scrunch all the icons together and make the desktop even more of an invisible filing cabinet, and on the big screen i can have nice large icons that are much easier to select, while navigating with an air mouse or dinovo Mini from the couch.
